Crossing disciplines into TCM while struggling with sub-health: exploring how to model it rationally with the internet and AI, and comparing Doubao against ChatGPT.

Since sub-health has been bothering me a fair bit this year, I’ve been constantly picking up skills for resting and recovering my body. While getting started with TCM, an interesting question came to mind: “pulse reading” — even friends who studied TCM professionally say it takes many years and many patients before you develop any feel for it or real experience. So I started wondering: for someone today who’s crossing into TCM from another field, how could they use the internet and AI to quickly build a rational model of it? And that happened to be a good chance to compare Doubao and ChatGPT on this question.

Sigh, all I can say is that pure large models with no tuning still aren’t quite there yet.
